Twisted Bullet Day 4 Part 3

Day 4 (Stacey)

An hour later I step into our room. Annie is on her bed rubbing her neck, where there should've been blood, Yama & Jazmin look like they are in a texting conversation and Kendyll is reading. Typical Kendyll. I pull up a chair by Annie's bed, she looks at me. I want to break the awkward silence that is going on between everyone, but I can't, I don't know what to say. She is only 11, so far in her life in the last week she has been, shot, nearly kidnapped, and stabbed. Oh and someone has to tell her that her parents and sister are dead. There is a knock on the door, the police officer I was talking to comes in. He looks at all of us.
"Sorry to break the silence but I need to speak with Annie, alone."
Annie looks at me again, she shakes her head.
"I have to speak with her, you can come too" He says to me
I look back at Annie, she doesn't do anything.
"You can speak with her, but I am coming." I respond
"Come with me then"
I stand up and take Annie's hand she clutches onto it. Together we walk down into a separate room. The first thing he says is "are you aware that your immediate family is dead?"
She nods her head. What? No one said anything to her about it. Unless he told her.
"You are going to have to go to a court tomorrow along with everyone else to discuss this matter along with the shooting." He says quietly
Annie nods again.
"That is all"
Annie stands up and walks to the door, I follow behind her.
"Oh and Stacey?"
I turn around to look at him.
"Pete is going to be there" He says
I just nod before walking out the door with Annie. Halfway down the corridor Annie stops and looks at me.
"Stacey? I don't want to see him again" She says
"I know, I don't either." I respond
We continue down the hall before turning into our room. The others are all talking in hushed voices. They stop talking though as soon as we walk in. Annie gets a glass of water, goes back to sitting on her bed. I go sit beside her. Everyone else comes over. Annie puts her hand onto the bullet wound and crumples up her face briefly.
"Annie? Where is it hurting?" I ask her
"Where the bullet is" she replies very quietly
"Can I have a look?"
She nods. She lies down on her back and rolls up her top to reveal the bandage. Yama goes around to the other side of the bed. I grab a clean bandage from the first aid kit, I slowly unravel the bandage that is on her at the moment trying not to hurt her. After that is done I just put the new one on. She sits up again I give her the glass of water. It slips through my fingers and slowly makes its way to the ground. It stops suddenly and hovers cm's above the floor, I look at Annie, she has her hand out completely flat she brings her arm up and the glass follows. She places it on the table and then nods at me. Is it possible that Yama was right about the bullet? That it did contain powers. That we are connected? All I know is that we cannot say a word to anyone about this tomorrow.

Twisted Bullet Day 4 (Part 2)

Day 4 (Yama)

"Look, I have no clue about what just happened but I am following them" I say before running ahead.
Jazmin & Kendyll catch up to me. We all turn the corner to find a dead end. Ok it was a key pad door. I look through the window and see at least half a dozen security cameras.
" Look at this" I say to them "If I find the control room I can access the footage from the cameras and see what is happening in there"
"Do we have a choice?" Jaz says, smiling.
"Nope"
"I'm in" Jaz replys
"Me too" Kendyll says
"Lets go"

Day 4 (Jazmin)

We find the control room half an hour later. Thankfully it is deserted. Obviously lunch break for them. Yama pulls out a USB and plugs it into the computer. She looks at the footage showing of the locked door before turning to face us.
"They will be back any minute now, I can get the file's but we will then have to get out of here" She says
"Get them" I reply
It doesn't take long before we are back in our room for watching the footage.
"Is that them?" Kendyll asks
"Looks like it" Yama says
"Oh my god" I whisper, "they're awake"

Day 4 (Kendyll)

"Is that a knife?" Jaz says
"Is that the guy who shot her?" Yama asks
"We need to get in there and get them out asap" I hear myself saying.
We keep watching though. The guy comes up to her holding the knife while pointing at Stacey. Annie crumples up her face. The guy comes closer til he is right beside her. The knife touches the skin leaving blood following. But it doesn't stay like that. Shortly after the blood, the skin heals itself. The guy grins, and points at Stacey again. Annie shakes he head. Clearly unacceptable for him as all this does get him to put the blade on her stomach. She screams, Stacey jolts awake. The guy grins once again but this time he throws the knife towards Stacey. It's a doesn't hit her,  instead in lands beside her. She takes this chance to grab it and cut herself free from the ropes. He pulls out another knife. But Stacey chucks the knife at him. It hits him. He says something.  He stumbles, dropping the gleaming knife. Stacey walks over to him and cuffs his hands together with rope. Then goes over to Annie and tries to get her free.
We go over to a security guard who is in the corridor taking our laptop with us. We show it to him. He immediately calls for backup. We follow him to the door which was locked. He can't get through. Great. We all wait for others to arrive. No one can get in. The security guard who we went to gestures for us to get back. We do as he says. Then he pulls out a firearm and takes five shots at the key pad. Surprisingly it works and the door opens. We rush in to find the man to our left of the door. Stacey and Annie are crouched down in a corner of the room. We run over to them.
“Are you OK?” I ask
Stacey just nods. I take a look at Annie, she is shivering. Some people come and escort us back. Everyone but Stacey, the guards need to hear what happened to them.

Twisted Bullet Day 4 (Part 1)

Day 4 (Kendyll)

Were all by her side waiting for her to wake up again. Annie has been waking up every 2 hours screaming, she doesn't scream as loud when Stacey is there. When the bullet came back from testing the doctors started becoming very cautious around all of us. They don't tell us what is happening now. All we've heard were the words "Twisted Bullet"


Day 4 (Yama)
"Twisted Bullet" the two words I mutter as I type them into Google. Nothing much comes up, not even a full page of results. I try the first few links. All of them are blocked with passwords. I go back and copy/paste the blurb that comes up underneath the link. "Telekinesis, telepathy and teleportation" was all that came up. I pasted it into the search.
"Jackpot" I whisper

Day 4 ( Jazmin )
"What is it?" I ask Yama
"Look at this" she says, passing her laptop over to me.
I look at her.
"Just read it" she says frustrated

Scientists have just discovered a gem which gives you telekinesis & telepathy. Unfortunately due to testing reasons they have now melted it a locked it away in a single bullet. They bullet has 
characteristics of slim and narrow with a tinge of purple. 

"You don't think that she was hit with it do you?" I ask
She chucks a container with something inside it at me.
"How did you even get this?" I say, not looking forward to her response
"That doesn't matter right now. That is the bullet that came back, well part of it."
"What do you mean part of it?"
"There is some of that, inside Annie"

Day 4 (Stacey)
"No there isn't"
"Read this" Yama says
I skim over the page, she chucks the bullet container at me.
"How did you get this" I say
"Does it really matter? Look, there could be a link between you two" She says
"Unless you can realistic get proof, I can't believe you"
A scream comes from Annie. We all turn around from our little talk. She is sitting up with her hand resting on her neck..

Day 4 ( Kendyll)
She collapses and so does Stacey.
We all look at each other. Yama & I pull Stacey up and place her on the neighbouring bed, Jaz checks Annie.
"What happened?" I ask
"Looks like we are about to find out" Jaz says, nodding at the doctors coming in.
"Did they both collapse at the same time?" one of them asks
I nod.
They all go over to Stacey and take 2 samples of blood. She tenses up and takes a short sharp breath. The doctors all look at each other before moving to Annie. They take 3 samples of blood. Annie does exactly the same. This causes the Doctors to look at one another again before wheeling both of them through the doors.
"Hey, what are you doing?" Yama shouts out.
"Screw this" She says and runs after them, she goes in front of them shouting. Doesn't make a difference. One of the doctors she catches up to shoves her down into the the ground.
"Oh my god" I say
Jaz & I run to her side.
"What the hell just happened?" I say.
"I honestly have no idea" Yama replies

Twisted Bullet Day 3

The single spotlight gleamed upon the girl who was silently waiting for the music to begin. The girl. The girl who sacrificed everything to protect over 300 people. The 300 people who stood in fear and shock while she jumped in front. BANG

Day 3 (Stacey)

Beep,beep,beep
The sound of the heart monitor awakens me. Annie is still in her coma from the shot, and I am still in shock from her jumping. The doctors say she is improving but still isn't stable enough, they come in every day to change the bandage. I go down stairs to go get someone to take the next shift, everyone is there. 
"Is she ok?" Jazmin asks
"She's holding up"
"You've been up all night you should get some rest" Kendyll says
"Thanks" I reply
I go back up to Annie's room before going to our room that the hospital has kindly given to us to use. The newspaper is lying down on my bed with the cover page facing me.
"Oh My God" I whisper
Victims parents killed in car crash.
Seconds later a scream comes from her room, She's awake.

Day 3 (Yama)
A scream come's from her room, I drop my glass, it shatters into diamonds. I look at Jazmin, she nods, together we run up to her room.

Day 3 (Jazmin)
We run up to her room, Kendyll & Stacey are beside her.
"What happened?" I ask, out of breath.
"I don't know. I left and she started screaming" Stacey replies
Yama goes over to Annie to check her pulse,
"Uh guy's, you might want to see this"
She pulls back Annie's hair to reveal a small black butterfly tattoo.

Day 3 (Stacey)
"What? Last time I checked she never had one." I say
"Well what do we do?" Jaz responds
I look at her "We don't"
"What do you mean?"  All 3 of them are now looking at me in shock.
"Something is happening to her, what it is, I don't know, all we can do is wait to see what hapens"
